INITIAL INTERVIEW & TOUR
We will start the process by meeting at your property, Jane will take notes on the details and answer any questions you may have about the process.
COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS
Jane will evaluate the property and present an evaluation based on recent comparable sales. We will discuss your ideal timeline for listing your property and establish an asking price.
PREPARING YOUR HOME
This stage includes cleaning, decluttering & repairs. We’ll follow with professional photos and a floor plan for marketing.
MARKETING & ADVERTISING
We’ll sign the listing paperwork, upload your property to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), begin advertising & arrange for showings.
SHOWINGS & OFFERS
After each showing we will provide feedback from the buyer’s agent. When a prospective buyer makes an offer, we will negotiate the details to reach a favourable agreement between you and the buyer.
ACCEPTED OFFER
After an offer is accepted, we enter the subject removal period for the buyer to satisfy their due diligence. When subjects are removed... you have a firm offer!!!
